授权代理人必须具备的5项条件

Mtu anayepokea Power of Attorney (Donee) anatakiwa kuwa na sifa fulani ili aweze kutekeleza majukumu kwa uadilifu na ufanisi.

A person who receives a Power of Attorney (Donee) must possess certain qualities in order to perform the assigned duties with integrity and efficiency.

接受授权委托书（Donee）的人必须具备一定的条件，才能诚信、高效地履行所授权的职责。

1. UAMINIFU

The person must be trustworthy and should not have a history of misusing property or authority.

2. UWEZO WA KISHERIA

Awe na uelewa wa sheria na mipaka ya madaraka ya Power of Attorney.

The person must understand the law and the limits of the powers granted under the Power of Attorney.

3. UWAJIBIKAJI

Awe tayari kuripoti na kufanya kazi kwa uwazi na kwa maslahi ya mtoaji wa mamlaka.

The person must be willing to report and perform their duties transparently and in the best interests of the person who granted the authority.

该人士必须愿意进行报告，并以透明的方式履行职责，同时维护授权人的利益。

4. UWEZO WA MAWASILIANO

Awe na uwezo wa kuwasiliana vizuri na taasisi na wahusika mbalimbali.

The person must have good communication skills when dealing with different institutions and relevant parties.

5. UPATIKANAJI NA UAMINIFU

The person must be available and able to perform the assigned duties on time and efficiently.
